Veteran Guidance Panama provides personalized local coordination for veterans living in or relocating to Panama. From navigating healthcare options and organizing medical records to translation assistance, relocation paperwork, appointment coordination, and everyday logistics, R&J helps make the local side of the process easier to understand and manage.
Our role is to provide practical, one-on-one assistance in Panama, connect clients with appropriate local resources, and help them stay organized and informed throughout their transition.

Veteran Guidance Panama for Healthcare & Local Support
Living in Panama often means learning how things work locally, from communicating with healthcare providers to understanding everyday procedures, language differences, and whom to contact when something needs to be resolved.
R&J provides veterans with a knowledgeable local point of contact who can help navigate those practical situations with greater clarity. Our role is straightforward: we coordinate locally, help facilitate communication, provide practical guidance about life in Panama, and connect you with the appropriate resource when something falls outside the scope of our services.
MEDICAL RECORDS & TRANSLATION
We assist with practical medical record coordination in Panama, including requesting copies of records from local healthcare providers, organizing documents provided by the client, and arranging certified Spanish–English translations when needed. Our assistance is administrative and logistical only and does not include reviewing records for VA benefit claims, preparing government forms, or advising on medical evidence.
Healthcare Coordination
We help identify hospitals, clinics, specialists, and other healthcare resources in Panama based on the client’s practical needs and location. We can assist with introductions, communication, and local coordination, while medical decisions, treatment recommendations, and clinical care remain exclusively between the client and the licensed healthcare provider.
APPOINTMENTS & LOCAL FOLLOW-UP
We assist with scheduling appointments, communicating with local clinics, coordinating follow-up visits, and helping clients manage practical details when language or local procedures create difficulties. Our role is limited to local coordination and communication; we do not make medical decisions or communicate with the VA on a client’s behalf regarding benefit claims.
Before We Introduce You to Anyone
Before introducing a client to a healthcare provider in Panama, R&J checks the provider against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ publicly available Foreign Medical Program suspension list.
This verification is one of the practical due-diligence steps we take when coordinating local healthcare resources. It does not constitute VA approval, accreditation, or a guarantee of medical services or clinical outcomes.
